Jasmine Ford is a seasoned human services leader with over a decade of experience in program development, quality assurance, and community engagement. She holds degrees in Public Administration, Social Work, and Sociology, combining academic insight with practical expertise to address complex social issues.

As a Project Consultant at WFN Consulting, Inc., Jasmine oversees housing programs and ensures compliance. At THRIVE SS Inc., she led the development of Project Innovate to destigmatize HIV. She also made history as the first African American Executive Director at Village of Hope, where she oversaw program development and drove organizational change.

A 3x national speaker, Jasmine has presented on Medicaid quality compliance at the HCBS Waiver Conference and co-presented at the US Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA). Her publication, “In Their Own Words: Homelessness is a Complex Issue,” underscores her commitment to social impact.
